I just bought another 7 and am looking for help on this one, i am thinking it has a blown apex seal, the motor has 151,000 miles and it is turning over really slow, sometimes it will start and sometimes it wont, any advice will help.

If an apex seal is blown, they often crank easier due to the reduced compression, as long as the seal isn't hanging up. Sounds more like an electrical issue in the starting system. Weak battery, weak starter, poor electrical connections.
