13B FB clarity questions (please don't kill me)

I know these have probably been answered before, but I couldn't find a really clear answer in the search. Anyway...

I'm interested in putting my 88 13B into a first gen, not sure what trim level (I'd LOVE a gsl-se, but we'll see). My biggest concern is the fuel system. I'd like to keep the injection setup (for a few personal/financial reasons) but am slightly concerned over the difficulty of this. From what I understand, I will need to move the ecu with the engine, but I don't really know what that entails. Also, I have the wiring harness, so I figure it would be easier to retrofit that on there, too.

Could someone clear this up for me a little bit more?

Thanks for the patience guys, and expect more questions in the next month or so .

just finished up that conversion, 86 FI motor into FB. http://my7.rx-7.org/Paul/
you need the WHOLE wiring harness from the 88, under the dash, a ton of wires, the ignition goes thru the drivers side, and fuel and sensors to the passenger side. you can strip most wires off, we only kept, ignition (spark, crank sensor) TPS, 4 fuel injectors, injector resistor (under hood) fuel pressure switch (orange I think, the rack of sensors on top of motor), water temp, oil temp. AFM wires, and more I prolly missed. there is alot involved in the swap. ALOT
mostly time consuming.
need to modify FB engine mount, Front cover, GSL-SE oil pan, and oil pickup, 12A one will work.
the 88 ECU will fit into an 84-85 12A computer mount perfect.
run all the wires thru the drivers side. run a GSL-SE fuel pump or similar.
we ran the 2nd Gen fuel filter in the engine bay area.
I'm sure I'm missing stuff. but if you have any questions, I can prolly give you an good idea.
(fingers tired)
