Probably a thread already on here but could not locate. Might be getting some 13" Panasports for really nice price. But are there any good performance tires to fit them available? Looking for summer performance type; run on both street and track.

rims are 13x7 and 13x8

Any recommendations for sources.

 

If you are looking for a street tire you have a few choices, depending on your pocket book.
Federal brand (china) are avai with, say 205/60-13s. Or you can deep dive into what is by all accounts a better tire, Vredesteins in the same size, that I believe Tire Rack sells, among others. Not cheap.

I've been following that other thread. The main points about the Federals seem to be:

- The stock 13 x 5.5 rims are too skinny for the Federals (but you will have nice 7" and 8" widths so there's that)
- The Federal sidewall is maybe not as stiff as some would like
- One user felt the Federals got squirrely after 6300 miles.
- They are grippy as hell
- Play with the pressure
