1.) Have you checked float levels?
2.) Did this car ever run with this setup?
3.) Those Webbers are insane to tune... Then you throw in a huge turbo!
4.) What happens if you put your foot on the floor ... will it pull through the hesitation or stall?
1). I honestly don't know how. Carb dumb
2). This setup was on different 12a but it worked for him
3.) Its a Dellorto and is my turbo really that big?
4.) 1st gear. Hesitate/sputter 4000rpm+ = then ZOOM
2nd gear Hesitate/sputter then 4000rpm+ = ZOOM
3rd gear Hesitate/sputter sometimes STALL other times ZOOM
4th gear very slight hesitation but then boosts about 5psi and pulls pretty hard.

It hesitates becuase at WOT it sucks all the fuel out of the float bowl then falls flat on its lean face. Think about a hose if you turn it on and put your finger over then end you get more pressure and less flow. you need a higher flow rate fuel pump. the del will not like anmore than 4 psi, but it needs to have a steady flow of fuel. Draw through setups are not as driveable as blow through, but are simpler to setup. Get a real fule pump then get a decent fuel pressure regulator then we can trouble shoot from there, but that is your biggest and most important problem right now.

haven't read all the post, but since there was coolant leaking out, that means it got to your intake gasket and coolant ***** them up really fast so my first guess will be a vacuum leak which might explain the extremely high idle.
