12A shifter into a 13B tranny?

Would a shifter assembly from a 12A equipped 7 into a 13B equipped one? Someone who's parting out his -SE doesn't have one available but said he does have a shifter from a 12A. He said that if the 12A fits, I can have it.

So, can the shifter from a 12A RX-7 into one with a 13B? I tried searching this but really couldn't pull up results. Lot of tranny swaps from a 2nd Gen into a 1st Gen but nothing to where I was looking for.

The only thing I ask is that wacky's posts are quality oriented as opposed to quantity, and he stops calling everyone's FB junks.

Well, keep the quality at least. I don't so much mind my S getting called a junks. It fits that description at the moment.

Did anyone else loose some posts lately? I was around 88xx and now I'm around 82xx.

From what I understand, whackoff, er, I mean WACKY is trying to hack the system and steal posts from others and claim them as his own. Poser!

SA transmissions uses a different shifter config. Best bet is to weld the 81+ shifter onto the <81 ball. Otherwise a direct swap (FB to FB+)

Wacky, how did you go from 9700+ posts to + 9800 in less than 1 day????

How did you hack the site and increase your post count????

This shifter is coming out of another 84-85, I confirmed with him.

And, wackoff smirnov is crafty. If you're not careful, he'll yank your 7 out from under you. I currently have a live-bait trap waiting for him. He can't resist. It's an old RX-3 that needs some attention.

It may need some attention, but it's not a 'junks' in wacky's world.

Shows how boring and pathetic your life is when you have to live your life one RX-7 post at a time.

lots of post counts qualify you to be a moderator. In my case, I turned it down.
