12a oil injection lines
Does anyone here know of a source for replacement OMP lines? I can't seem to find any availability for them. I don't want to remove the OMP but I have a line leaking pretty badly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mazdatrix sells the short ones. Not sure where to get the long one though

There's a heap of threads on how to make your own. This was a recent one: https://www.rx7club.com/general-rota...e-oem-1110773/

Mine developed a leak from exhaust heat. I ended up repairing it with plastic fuel line, which slid over with some effort and heat. Once it cooled it contracted and sealed up, no clamps or glue required.
I like the like above, I'd give that a go if you were looking for a clear line.

The OEM OMP lines use capillary action to keep the oil in them when the engine is off. If you don't use lines with a tiny ID like stock, they can drain back into the engine causing a long dry period after the engine is first started.
Plus, if you use lines with a larger ID, it takes longer to fill them before they can even reach the carb.
No one seems to get this, which confuses me.

I talked with Mazdatrix about there stock lines. They only have the short length as stock item. They said that if I needed longer length to place the order the phone and then they have some tubing which fits over short length to make it long enough. There prices seem fair (no comment on their shipping prices), at least you will be getting the correct type tubing. Cheaper than having to rebuild motor from oil starvation.

I am still a firm believer of 2 stroke even if your OMP is working correctly.

I prefer the OMP because it's less to deal with every time you fill up. Plus it keeps your fuel system from developing an oil film at every potential leak point.
But is 2 stroke actually good for the apex seals and chrome? Many say yes, others say not as good as you'd think. My personal opinion is keep the OMP if you can, and use 2 stroke if you don't.
