12a Manual Transmission

Anyone know if any engines other than the 12a can bolt on to a 1985 manual tranny.

Im a mechanic for piston based cars. Being new to the rotary field, putting an average joe piston engine in an RX-7 is like putting NO2 into a 69' cuda. You just dont need it. The point of an RX is to make fun of pistons and such, be a man; drop the pistons. Inertia is out of date.
