oky i have a 2nd good running 12a that leaks oil (dowl pin leak)
I want to buy a gasket kit but
the motor was rebuilt resently and leak bad so trow in a
gasket kit and port it w/o new apex and spring and corner seals possable?

Sure, if the engine was rebuilt recently and all the parts are within spec then you can just throw in a gasket kit.
