12a Ignition Issue

So just recently the interior lights and Jeco clock stopped working and the windows started to slow down in my car. A few days after that when I went to start my car it gave me a little trouble turning over. When I tried to start it this morning it was barely turning over and never started. I tested the battery and it was working fine. The headlights, taillights, and signals all work. I'm not really sure where to go from here. Your advice is greatly appreciated!

I'd start with testing the battery and alternator.

And unless you KNOW the battery cables have been replaced, the originals, no matter how good they may look on the outside, are probably corroded to some degree Inside after all these years. When the start to fail there are all sorts of electric gremlins that pop up for no apparent reason. Change them.
