A-1 Auto Door Seals
I just installed my new door seals from A-1 Auto. They fit perfectly and are a huge improvement over my tired stock ones. I didn't think that my old ones were that bad but ****, the new ones are awesome.

There are a few on ebay pushing the 1A ones. I have been tempted to get a set to replace mine several times, but didn't know if they would work well or not.
I will have to get some now.

Off the top of my head they were like $15 more or so. I ordered from VB because someone in a thread a created claimed they were better than the 1A, I really have no way of confirming that though. I also needed to order some other parts from VB so with shipping it worked out.

I have the A-1 seals and they work great. No problems installing, fitting or keeping them in place. Make sure you get the first pin in the right hole, the pins will break trying to remove them from the door. It is easier to remove the pins from the rubber, leave them in the door and shift the rubber to the correct position. While I didn't make this mistake, I did test fit the seals before finish paint while installing the widebody kit, which creeps into the door seal area. After breaking a couple of pins, I left them in place and removed the rubber.
