Is it possible to but the 13bturbo engine in my 84 gsl-se?......If it is what changes would have to be made?

yes it is actually a very common thing for people to do. Also depends on which Gen 13b you are talking about. An 86-92? 13b TII or a 3rd gen 13b RE. You could even turbo your current 13b.

Yes it can be done, infact anything can be done with the proper tools and enough money and brains... Good luck with your project, there is threads on this site which go over step by step the swap.

hey , welcome to the forums first of all , and yes you can put the 13bturbo into your 84 im currently puttng a 13b turbo in my 82. Look around , search you will find everything.

lol, sorry and welcome, just seems that the faq is the best thing ever, and no one bothers to read it... When I first got my 7, that's almost the first thing I did, was go through the FAQ...
