Hello my nameis corey and I own a 83 rx7. I am currently prepping a toyota 8" rear end for my car I plan to have the axles driled out to five lug and I will be doing the fc subframe swap at the same time. But I really want to make some serious power with car. Still undecided on the power plant. I wamt to run the wide zg flares which are 3 5/8 in the rear and 3 1/4 in the front. I feel I should be able to fit a decent sized tire under there. I would like to use 17's because there is much better tire choices and not to mention wider. But I am having a problem finding a wheel that will fufill my requirements of being semi flush with the flare. Should this be a custom job? The car woll be my dd/ weekend warrior. This isn't going to be a straight line car more of a road race type car with maybe a little drifting here ans there but I will have a different set of wheels probably some steelies for that. Just need a little input. It will be greatly appreciated.

 

There was a set of xxr's I was looking into but I don't think the offset will be enough. It was 17x9 et35 front and 17x10 et 20 rear. Xxr 526. Buut now I am thinking maybe I should do some ccw
