Very very nice wheels! But I would never pay that much for a set of wheels, thats almost triple what I paid for my car lol.

 

Those wheels are super nice, and since I've been looking for a set of mesh wheels they are especially drool worthy; however, that price is REDONKULOUS!!! (in my opinion)....no offense to your brother, Sir.

 

Np, those rims have newly redone barrel, powdercoated mesh and all bolts are brand new. Rare and in excellent condition dont come cheap lol

 

Very nice wheels indeed, very hard to come by. I am curious as to width and offset.

The demand for 4x110 wheels seems to have deminished during the last couple of years however and that will make it more difficult to find a buyer. I would like to see if he gets his asking price.

 

Think the problem for most is they don't realize how expensive it is to refinish these. I have a set that I am refinishing right now and the hardware alone cost me around 200 bucks. If I would have paid retail it would have been 600 for the hardware. Not to mention last time I saw center caps for sale those alone were 250. Start doing the math and you can see why a good refinished set commands a lot of cash....

 

i was in LA when i was picking up my RX2 and the guy had a set on them in 16" and 3 piece, for like 1200. he wouldn't take my rims i had plus cash and i thought that was high and passed. turns out im an idiot and should have gotten them while i was there lol

but 1900? yikes, demand drives the market not supply alone. people just dont understand basic economics when dealing with these niche cars. and their parts. nothing against this particular seller just my personal opinion of the community in general.
