Tail of the Dragon video

Hey guys, finally got something thrown together. Not the greatest work, but still worth a look I think. Starts out with footage of a Skyline chasing me up the mountain, and ends with me following orion84gsl. Great roads!

Looks like a bunch of fun!!! Reminds me of cruising the roads up to big bear or cruising Ortega highway in SoCal.

Nice run. I can't stand not being able to make the Dragon this year. Glad to see at least some people made it

Traffic was the only real bummer during the daylight hours. We had some much better/faster runs after dark, but of course shooting video in the dark is a real challenge. Orion shot a bit while we were chasing the Skyline down the mountain, which was a very very fast run, but I haven't heard how any of that turned out.

As far as cops go, I didn't have a single issue all five days I was down there. Of course, I was obeying all traffic laws at all times though... There were a few guys that had issues, but it seemed to be they were only giving guys a hard time if they did something very blatant (like passing on double yellow line).

What are you talking about? I am a super driver!

The exhaust is Racing Beat standard (not street port, though I should have got that)...

Saw the video. Looks good, although not nearly enough video of Nikki's sexy ***. Currently uploading two of mine but its slow going. The night videos turned out alright except the audio is all static. I think the microphone is overly sensitive when the casing is off, so I learned that lesson. And don't worry about the RB SP exhaust. It's ridiculously heavy, so your probably not losing anything in the end.

If you use windows movie maker, you can swap the audio for music. But you need to make sure that you either have permission to use the music, or that it is not copywrited. Plus, that way, we won't have to listen to my whimpers of fear as we blast through the curves.

We'll see, I'm not going to get my hopes up (unfortunately )

Just got a new job, I'd hate to ask for time off right after I start...

I'll make it one of these days!

It would have been nice of youtube to post something on the video upload page telling users the video has to be under 10 minutes. I just uploaded a video yesterday that was 27 minutes and now I have to go and cut it up and upload it again. What a waste of time.

I should be there for the 16th/17th. I'm supposed to be picking up a load in Washington on the 8th and they want it back in Brampton by the 13th. **** may happen so I'll keep you posted on that one.

Yeah, they do mention it on the upload page, but you don't usually see that until you have a video ready to upload. I've been caught by that myself, and its a pain in the **** to have to go back and re-edit your entire video...

You can always change the rendering settings to get it under a gig, but there's not much you can do to shorten the video once it's been completed. Good luck with version 2.
