Steerin Wheels
Steerin Wheels
So whats popular "cheap" replacements.
I don't mind the look of the good ole stocker but two issues for me
1) I hit the horn randomly, very bad when you live in a 55+ community and shouldn't be living there
2) It's kinda big, not very comfortable & the metal hurts like a bitch if you try to 1 hand drive and need to quickly move it.
Do FC wheels fit? I loved the stock wheel on my s5, loved loved loved that wheel
(I've never changed a wheel in a car, i looked it up and saw all this stuff about quick releases n **** and expensive wheels, I'd just like a stock s5 wheel lol...)

I love the stock wheel on my SA; giant thing reminds me that I'm in an old-school car.
I have a grey glove-leather cover stitched on it that's lasted for ages, and never ran into issues one-handing it... I don't do the finger-twirl with a no-power-steering, no-rack-and-pinion car, as I want to still be able to count to 10 later, heh.
I used to have a problem with the horn being real touchy - - turned out one of the nylon insulating spacers had cracked & crumbled. Made it real hair-trigger. Never a problem since I fixed that.
