its actually a 20569 the wins started with a 500001 and that one is a 520569. the only reason why i know this is a found a 3/78 car in a junk yard locally that was number #500195.
it was picked up by Hades12 it was a complete car exept the windshield was busted and had a dent on the fornt right fender. The tag on the car was last registered back in 1988 and it had like 50k miles on it.

If you can though have Hades12 give me holler because i would like to trade some pics and info esp with the door post tag, both of my early ones are 2/78 not 3/78

you got the one off ebay that number 33 
i almoust got it but then came to a realization that i couldnt restore it properly and that wouldnt have bin fair for the car. As far as that one goes that was in the junk yard i just looked at the date didnt even look at the vin number. heres the web page theres some pics of it http://www.matthewnanney.com/195.htm from where he picked it up.
