I'm looking for a new black replacement carpet for my 79 project.

There are several sources on ebay but I've heard some are very poor fitment . Anybody have any recent experience getting new carpet?

I have a red one that could be cleaned and Dyed?, not sure if that would work though. Any opinions on that welcome also.

I have never used them, but for your car it's $275 complete.
They do mats as well for a perfect match.

This for your LE? I have an new, but old aftermarket black carpet set for a 79. I forget the manufacturer and the rear storage piece has (if I remember right) about a 2inch hole in one corner. I got it off the bay and think some rodent may have chewed the hole. Anyway, If your interested, PM me.
