Not a mazda, but insurance question
the car is a 99 integra LS. Last night i was on my way home and the car in front of me was turning so i had to stop. i was just reaching for the shifter when a neon hits me. She wasnt going very fast, maybe like 15 and my car actually looks fine on the outside, other that the bumper has some stress cracks. The hatch opens but it catches a little bit. The bad thing is, the floor on the pass side is crinkled in and where the rear piece the tail lights bolt into is welded to the floor, the seam is popped. What do you think the insurance will do? Im not sure what all they factor into insurance claims, ive never had anything other than minor visual things. The car drives fine, it has 170k miles one it. Any ideas?
And just to keep it mazda, heres my rx7 project:

Did you get a police report? I hope you also exchanged insurance information with the other driver.
If so, Call their insurance company and ask them where they'd like you to go to get an estimate for repairs.

ill need a new bumper cover and reinforcement bar. when the old bar is pulled off im sure the mounts are pushed into the body of the car as well. thats just an assumption, and i cant see what else got messed up.
