New 7 what to do with it?
Well here's my story ill make it short. I currently daily drive an 85 gsl-se. I recently acquired an 85 gsl shell and 12a motor/tranny. I need an alt, batt, driveshaft, intake/carb, radiator/fan, shifter, exhaust that I can think of for now to get her going. The shell is pretty solid, minimal rust. And has a 4 point roll cage. My question is what should I do, part the car out? Make it a racer? I want to get it going as a racer, I have Countyline dragway down the street. Suggestions please!!!
Keep the SE stockish, and rice the hell out of the GSL
I'm in the slow process of building another engine and thats kinda what I'm planning on doing. Keeping my 79 S the way it is (maybe even find a 12A) and getting another 7 and doing the works (rb springs, lsd, re-speeded, big turbo).

First off, get it running. It's much more rewarding, and motivational, to work on a running car rather than one you've never seen run. Trust me, I have been down both roads. After it's running, reassess your goals.

But I'm considering building up an FB race car as well. When I have the time, space, and money I'll definitely go for it
