NY Need someone to finish my turbo 1st gen build

I'm now trying to find someone that's able to complete my 1985 GSL turbo build in NY or Tampa area. It's been a challenge trying to find someone who can still tune a OEM turbo prepared carb ( From Rotary Shack ) on my mild ported 12A rebuilt engine plus complete the remainder of the project. If I don't find someone soon then I may just have to go with a 20B conversion instead and extra cash for a granny sport rear end conversion which would make me very sad (LoL). If anyone here can recommend a reputable source, it will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks my fellow Rotor Heads.

For the amount you'd spend for the 20b plus the rear end you might save money shipping the car to an rx7 tuner who can finish it (a lot on the west coast) and back. However, I'm sure there's someone closer to you that someone on here must know...

Yes Tampa Fla. I would ship it down there since I plan on leaving it in Florida anyway.
