I'm with Firebirdslayer in that 215/50/13 are the lowest profile 13 inch tires available. I would recommend the Sumitomo HTR 200s. Link provided:

oh man, that looks great, thanks guys, 
i'm starting to get research on it, i don't wanna be caught like last time and had to go and get some random ones cuz hardly anyone had 13s, so i ended up getting the regular 185/70s at walmart 
......also when installing these, anything i should consider like, spacers or something (i don't know jack about wheels/tires haha) or is it pretty much plug and play.
