Lack of Power Under Load
I have a 1984 Rx7 GSL.
I had a clutch mechanic confirm an issue I've been wrestling with - loss of power under load.
Especially in 2nd.
I don't get the response I expect during acceleration. I have to put the peddle all the way to the floor before I get 'full' acceleration.
When it gets it gets good, put it seems it should get without the gas pedal being in the engine bay.
Some have said my secondary jets aren't firing as they should.🤷🏾♂️
Thoughts?

I had the same issue for a while and the culprit was the "teeter-totter" at the back (firewall side) of the Nikki was not connected. Previous owner had rebuilt the carb and forgot to reconnect it. I can now feel the secondaries open around 3500 RM and of course the difference is immense.

You, sir...are my new best friend!
Did what you suggested; My Rx7 has been reborn.
Checked the 'teeter-totter', and I'll be damn, not connected!
Hooked it back up, took Big Red out for a ride...
Yee Haw, off she went!
Thank you, Than you!👊🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🤙🏾
