interesting find

I am shopping for a gslse needing an engine since I have a s5 in the garage. I went to check out a 1984 with hopes, but it wasn't a SE. Very interesting though, and only $1000.00, but still passed it up anyway. Had the less than desirable off white color and brown interior. It was a GSL, glass sunroof, good interior, no rust, dented fender, older 4 port 13b, lake cities intake and a weber, header and msd. Would need a fender and compete paint. If I was into bodywork this would've been a steal. Tried starting but no spark and ran out of time. Sure would've like to hear if it was ported!!
