an old fart rear ended me as I was leaving a stop sign

left tail light is trashed, and there is some metal dents

The old fart's insurance company will probably try to total my car out, and give me "blue book value" $600

So what should I do?

 

This belongs in non-technical. And, you're not the only one who's had insurance woes. There are a few stories of this kind of problem in the non-tech section. Search around and see what others have done. There is a recent story in there that happened a month or so go.
