Goodbye 84 GS

Well sold my car today. I have owned this car for 14 years. It was a little hard to see it go today. It was the funnest car to drive that I have had. Thanks to all on this fourm that have helped with it over the years.

Sellers regret

I sold my 1st fb in 1993, and for years after that I regreted it. I've had quite a few cars in my day and I haven't been able to find a car that has the same road feel that the first gen rx7 has. You just feel good when you drive these cars! Everything about them yells sports car. They don't start out with much power, but a few mods and they are fantastic.

Give it a few years, drive a few more cars and you'll know exactly what I'm saying. My current fb is my third now, and I have no plans on ever selling it.

Good luck to you my fellow enthusiast, it's only a matter of time until you come back to the 7.

It's sad to see one's favorite car go after that many years. I only had my 71 Road Runner for 2 years and still miss it, nearly 25 years later so I feel your loss. 14 years is a long time to keep and drive any car so I feel your loss. Hang in there, another one will come along if that's what you want. My hat's off to you for your dedication to the same 7 for so many years. We need more dedicated 7 owners such as yourself, you're a credit to the community.

Car looks well cared for, I hope the new owner appreciates the time and love you put into it.
