Finally got a pic I like

I've been meaning to get some pictures of my car since I've gotten the wheels but my favourite parking lot to take pics has been snowed in. Was able to go down there and take this picture, among other things

I'll probably get a better picture of the car itself once I clean her up a bit more on a sunnier day, but I thought that this shot was too good to pass up.

Thanks guys. I love the wheels. LE's are the perfect wheels IMO. BTW, they are actually bronze not black as the picture may suggest.

It's all the rubber smoke deposits and brake dust darkening them up

I like it. Personally I like to follow the rule of thirds, put things that you want to focus on 1/3rd away from the the edge, a little lower or a little higher would make this desktop worthy.

Are you Serious. The composition of the photo great. The creative style of the donut highlighting the key object in the photo naturally brings your eye to the center. Yeah a little lower angle would be great but then you lose the dramatic cricle. Maybe a wider lens and a little closer, how about the trees not being in focus? whatever. Its a sick photo. Props

Meh. I do have some artsier shots, but I thought the subject of this photo was good enough that it would look best just in the middle. Its a pretty basic pic, I didn't want to get too fancy with it and loose the impact of the donut, and the car. Also, this was a quick picture. I took it very quickly cuz theres alot of DNR officers out there. This was taken with my camera phone and I thought it turned out great for what it is. Could use a bit more colour but I'm happy with the composition.

BTW-I do have another version where I'm at a lower angle, but like the guy above me said then I lose the donut, which is kinda an important part the picture. I mean how often do ya see a pic like this?

Try cropping it a bit. cut out just a bit of the bottom and a bit of the top. It would make a nice banner. Or go back and if the tire marks are still there just position the car and take your time.

I'm saying it would draw more attention were there less space below and more space above the car, or vice versa. Don't chainge the camera angle, the angle in this shot was bang on, just pan up or down. Just with the browser window cover the bottom of the pic (about half of the space between the skids and the bottom of the picture) to get what I'm talking about. It throws of the sizing of the picture but you get the idea. Also, girl in a bikini would be nice.

I've always loved the colour of your car jack, and I'm not a big fan of different coloured cars, lol. I usually only like silver, black and white, but that looks quite nice.
