Enjoy your low difficult shifter! Just kidding I'm sure it will be great, but let us know how you like it.

I think I'd prefer a short throw shifter that is the same length as stock. Not hard to do if you get one like that above, but extend the upper length until it matches stock. The throws will be quite a bit shoter than stock if stock is something like 6 or 7 inches. All I'm interested in is increasing the length between the big ball and the small one.

Measure your throws before you pull the stock one please (go from 3rd to 4th) and tell us the length in inches or whatever. Then compare with the new one, ok?

Imo,
I like normal throws with the oem stick cut down to be lower. Have it this way in my 09 c30 with a twm phantom ball. Hope you like your set up!

I installed one of those lazy summer. It was thrown in cheap with something else I bought on this forum. For the first week it felt horribly stiff. For six more weeks it felt too stiff, now it's perfect. I hadn't even thought of it til reading this thread.

short throw, but a bit longer than stock.. is this what you want?
