electrical drain

Hi. I'm a complete newbie here. Wondering if anybody can help or refer me to a shop in the area.

I just purchased a 1979 Rx7 with 70,000 miles. The car runs great. Only issue being that the previous owner hadremoved the AC and I seem to have a power drain issue. Even with a brand new fully charged battery, the battery dies in a few days. I checked the power drain with an ammeter and it shows 610 mill amps draining when parked and nothing turned on.

I tried to check whether if pulling any of the fuses make any difference on the power drain. None made any difference, except for the main black fusible link in the engine compartment.

I'm not overly knowledgeable about solving electrical problems, and not particularly good at reading electrical schematics. I also couldn't find anything in the haynes manual or the owners manual that was clear enough about where this main black fusible link goes to (except I know that if I pull it, i can't start the engine). I had thought that since the AC had been taken out by the previous owner (and some wirings were butchered), removing an AC related fuse may solve the issue but there seems no fuse on the AC system, and as I mentioned pulling out the fuses in the fuses box didn't make any difference on the drainage.

I'm curious if anyone can give me guidance as to how to figure this issue out or refer me to a shop somewhat close to me. I live in Westchester (White Plains NY). I took it to a Porsche shop I use for my DE/Race car, but all they did was install a battery cutoff switch. Obviously they didnt want to deal with it.

Any help appreciated.
