Drill locations for Wing ( need help for project )

Hello, im currently devising a wing set up. But I have stumbled on an issue. I have no idea HOW the wing is bolted on so im having issues finding the bolt locations. The wing WILL GET DRILLED to a block of heavy duty plastic that is attached using heavy duty 3m double sided tape, the idea is to NOT drill the car. Does any one have a wing like the one below I can can use for refrence? It would mean allot to me =)

How much plastic are you going to use? Are you going to just use double sided tape to hold some plastic blocks onto the car and then drill the blocks and mount the wing to a few blocks? What kind of wing are you using? Is it a true Mazda IMSA three piece wing or is it once piece like the one pictured above?

If you're going to use blocks and not place holes in the sheet metal, this means the outside of the wing will have screws/bolts. My suggestion out be to select block locations that are strategic to holding the wing down. Maybe a block on each rear "corner" and couple in the long back area along with one on each side as forward as possible to the front. You could try using some nut inserts in the blocks. This will allow you to use bolts and easily remove the wing if needed. If you used screws in plastic block, they would eventually strip out. They make some good PVC lumber that would work pretty good for blocks.

Side note: my entire home exterior is PVC lumber. Never have to paint and use a power washer to clean.

It's a 3 piece Duraflex IMSA style wing.

the blocks will be mounted on using double sided tape the blocks at the tip ( pointy part toward the door) will be no larger than a lego cube in width and half of that in size high, but will be very long. The one in the back will be the length of the rear ( more surface space) and really thick to ensure good bondage. I just need to see where the wing would bolt down normally since it doesn't have any pre drilled areas. The POS wing is hollow and has no base =/

I started a thread about this exact subject awhile back and got no responses...I used to install the Mazda 3 piece IMSA wing when the cars were new, lots. The kit came with a heavy paper template that you taped on car and marked spots to centerpunch & drill for mounting hardware. I threw them out when job was done, probably over 100 of them. 32 years later i want to install one i'd been hoarding for..ever on my SE,never thought at that time i should be saving templates for future.
So,i made my own. Using painters' tape i taped all three sections together as it would be installed on car, gently turned it upside down on floor in my living room. I used an old automotive desktop appointment calendar, tore sheets off and taped them to spoiler, taping them together to cover the whole area of the spoiler. Using an exacto knife, made holes for each of mounting studs in center section and holes for each of the leading edge attaching screw holes. Then trimmed off the excess paper leaving my template. Folded it up,took it out to car and taped in place, measuring to be centered side to side and even around hatch glass. Once satisfied on mounting position, marked all spots to be drilled with a sharpie, centerpunched and drilled. Came out real close, had to ream a couple of holes.
Oh,left out part where i carried template outside 1st time, very windy, tore template to shreds so i got to make a second one which i rolled up more carefully.
Took about 4 hours start to finish, remembered while i was working on it i used to get paid .6 of an hour to install them when new. lol...
Maybe you can use some of this info for determining mounting position of yours.
