Yea its a plunger style switch like the door switches, but now that you mention it I believe you are right, the switch wasn't there on mine, but the bulb recepticle is. I think your right, I had to put the swith in.... My bad ;)

i think all of mine have had the dead pedal, although ive never owned an "S" model. even my non-sunroof race car is a GS, its got the power trunk release chingaso
