Does Anyone Know

Now i have an 80 SA and when i got it, it was completely stripped out from the back of the drivers seat to the tail lights.... so im trying to find out, did the 1st Gen ever come with a back seat ? or was it always them two little storage boxes? if anyone knows, please post here. also looking for any Rotary owners who live on the Island of Oahu in Hawaii, so we can get together and join forces against these piston people!! LOL

yes, first gens were available with a rear seat. very rare here in the states. the 79-80 model year rx-7's had no storage bins behind the seats.

Probably lots as i'm in Australia, but if ya wanna pay the postage let me know.

I got the seat for AUS$50, you can have it a that price.

I can't be arsed taking a photo at the moment as i'm hungover big time, i'll throw a pic up later, the seat is the factory brown trim colour.
