No they are some sort of impul fins. Fins FTW!! (I have to re-chrome mine and put them back on)

 

Ah, I see. You might want to just polish them this time...... just a thought. I never even knew my SSR fins were chromed till someone told me that they came chromed back in the day. I think if mine ever need to be re-done, i will just get them polished and see how that looks.

 

I was going to, but I can't find any place that will strip the existing chrome entirely. I tried sanding it....yeah...haha
