What do you mean? I've never seen this happen. I assume you are talking about the general classifieds. Make sure you don't have the section collapsed. There should be a button like this on each section on the home page that allows you to collapse/expand each section:



If you still have troubles, pm me when the problem is happening and I'll see what I can find out.

lol. I had this same problem for quite a while.

They aren't available when you're NOT SIGNED IN.
