Depends on your comfort with electrical work. The mechanical part is dirt-simple; electric regulators bolt right in.
Electrical requires that you either scrounge up or duplicate some harness segments. How much depends on the serial # of your 80. The later builds had the body harness for power mirrors and power windows already wired in because these options were available on some of the international builds & special builds. You can get the door & hinge portion & switch portion of the harness out of an FB junker, Or you can just run your own wiring, which is what I did years ago, not knowing that my car already had the harness in place.
You also need to deal with mounting switches. I mounted mine in the coin-holder-cutouts in the shift surround, but it would be easy to work them into the console or make a replacement for the ashtray... or maybe use the console insert from an FB.
If you run your own wire like I did, the basic materials list is:
Two used electric window regulators from an FB
Two connectors to fit the motor connectors
Two high-current DPDT center-off switches (or could use FB switches)
Two rolls of heavy-gauge stranded primary wire (two different colors helps a lot)
Two inline fuse holders
10 feet of plastic split-flex tube for wiring, about 1/2" size
Roll of electrical tape
Pile of wire ties
Insulated crimp connectors or other connectors to fit your switches
Got a couple pix of how it went together, I think.
It was an interesting job, and I still feel satisfaction every time I don't have to reach across the car and roll down the passenger window on a hot day, or up as I get on the freeway.
If I did it today, I would probably scrounge around & get the factory door harness & switch setup from a FB as well, since my car was lucky enough to be pre-wired - - I didn't know it at the time I did my conversion. Would have been simpler.

According to the parts fiche, there was a wiring harness change at SA22C592956 and upwards that impacted the front and instrument harnesses across all model variations. This was also the first US series (at least according to my copy, dated May of 83) that could include the "door mirror harness" as an option. This wiring was for the power mirrors like those used in the LS models.
I am fairly certain that that harness version is also pre-wired for windows. Not 100% sure as I've never looked for it, but I seem to remember reading somewhere that the main and instrument harnesses have wire and connectors for the windows.
Sadly, my copy of the 80 wiring diagram was printed before the 592956-up serials were built, starting in mid-Jan of 80. Doesn't reflect any of it.
