well okay so i'm a noob to the board and a noob to rotaries in general.... i know this question probably isn't exactly rotary specific though... my a/c wasn't hooked up when i got the car. so today i figured that maybe the extra new belt in the hatch was for the a/c... well if fit, tightened it on up... started the car.. and it idled at 3k... and normally it idles at like 1500 (not sure if thats even right.. just how i got it) but i tried to turn a/c on and the lil light on the "a/c" button never turned on... i have only foound one wire too the a/c unit and its a ground... so... and the a/c clutch never engaged so idk.. anyone have any ideas for me?

also like i said i'm a noob... so looking things to do to the car period... it looks like it has a cruise control bracket (on the fender well battery side close to the firewall... but i dont have a cruise control button.. am i missing something or completely wrng
