To buy Or Not to buy..........

I am looking at a 84-85 gsl with both front fenders and all of the front bumper (head,uper,and lower) gone.The Question is how much to pay for it.

if it runs good, has low mileage, and has good body and interior besides the fenders and bumper. i'd pay $500 at most.

Don't know if it runs or not.I think it 60000 or 70000 on it. the rest of the body and inside looks good but no emblems motor looks clean. It'll need tires.
