Ouch, that sucks. Had that happen to me a while back, when someone tried to take my Königs. I was lucky and there was literally no damage at all.

How much damage did it do? I would like to see some closer pictures of the rear axle.

That sucks. I always take a walk around my car if it ever goes to the shop. It's amazing how many small items (usually centercaps) just happen to go missing.

i've never had a problem with the stock lug bolts. as long as they're torqued properly you should never have a problem.

ouch!!
the same thing happened to me a few years ago in my RX2, the front driverside wheel
it ended up BAD!
to make a long story short. the wheel that came off bounced out to the other side of the freeway and went through a civics windshield. it ended up killing the guy and caused him to hit 2 other cars. it was like a bad dream
i really didnt know what to say. it wasnt my fault. i had the car for a week and i never touched the wheels. just another freak accident
ironically this was on 9/11/01
