'85 OEM parts WRONG(belt molding)

ordered the OUTER belt molding from the local Mazda dealership. Part number 8871-58-781. Waited a week for it to come in, and guess what SURPRISE!!! its the dam inner weatherstrip. WTF! double checked part numbers and def is supposed to be the outer but the part inside the package is the inner. So what, anyone else notice this? I would hate to order the inner one now and actually get the "inner" one... Where have you ordered from and received the correct OUTER door seal(belt molding)? blackdragon?, mazdatrix? thanks in advance!

I've purchased several from Mazdatrix. Never had a problem. Local dealer here takes too long and makes too many mistakes. Maybe they just sent the wrong one. Is the part number on the package and receipt 58-781 or is it marked properly for inside as 58-791?

Marked with the mazda tag as 58-781. I may try ordering from black dragon or mazdatrix as i need some other seals for the windshield trim pieces too.

Sounds like you just got a mis-packaged one.
