Talking 3rd Place at a car show!

took my W.I.P FB to a local car show the other day. 1982 FB GSL. Entered it into the 1980s and UP Imports category. Got lots of good comments on how cool it is to see one and the judges said they cant wait to see it finished for some 1st place trophies! Also while i was there I met a man who raced SAs and has alot of extra 12a parts and a beat up GSL-SE that i may soon get for parts! was a good day for me.

1st place was a 1985 ferrari 308 4V and 2nd was a stock s2k... but hey i still got a plaque!

hopefully i can swap out the GSL-SE front and rear and see what 12a stuff he has.

Super cool! Love hearing about the first gens doing well at shows, proves that they are still relevant and that we're not the only crazy ones that love them

Rat cars are grown, not made. Like fungus, just needs water, time, and neglect.
