I wonder if these were brought in by car speculators seeing the rising trend of Japanese classics. Years ago there were only Jay Leno's and another one known to be in the country.

Beautiful bodywork; I love the look of the Sport from outside, looks like a Golden-era Sci-Fi mag spaceship.

The interiors, however... "Funky" is the word that comes to mind. Said in a kind but puzzled voice.

 

I dunno DD - I am loving the dash layout myself - and the short-thro shift is pretty sweet.
Ya, days for $40K L10s seem to be passed…
