man i was reading thru the thread praying that nobody wrote down the italian job yet, the fb turns left at the intersection and the fc turns left on the other side passing right next to each other. i think i caught the rx wave from the two drivers also. its amazing how we notice these cars out of nowhere. and no most females dont appreciate the rotarys. i saw two red fcs parked next to each other in a parking lot by the liquor store and begged my womans to drive up to them so i could look and see what models they were, no go. i went later on that night trying to find the owner to sell one. nooope

Now I'm planning to pull out Lost Boys on date night this weekend. At least it seems I won't have to wait long into the movie to get a glimpse of that FB in the opening credits. After that satisfaction, maybe then I can put the move on my beautiful lady. Fortunately she understands that I dig RX-7s, but not as much as I dig her.

Saw a 1st gen in the first Die Hard movie last night and thought about this thread. They show it @ night be hide a commercial truck on the highway. I thought it was funny that they show it in the opening scene 13 min into the movie.

Looks like there's one in the parking lot in Heist at about 23:38 behind the station wagon.

 

Paid in full with mehki pfiefer (spell check lol) and cam'ron. Twice, once in the opening scene and same one later on. A mint black one with some fresh wheels.

there is a nice white SA in the early part of 'the sure thing" in the football scene

 

"Colors" has a yell0w Rx-2 in it......... It get's smashed during the car chase through the alley IIRC.

 

Actually that Silver FB made an appearance in a number of episodes.

They were all right around the same time-frame as that opening shot you're referencing.

I can recall 3 episodes where it appears off the top of my head. I can search for season/episode names later. It served as a main characters car in one episode. Saw it trailing behind KITT for several minutes during an opening driving scene, and then the "parked in front of the store" appearance you mentioned.

Given how close together the episodes are, it *has* to be the same car that probably belonged to someone who worked on the show.

 

Anyone remember any First Gens in The A-Team? The original TV series not the new movie...

Though the movie was pretty cool.

I was watching an old Chuck Norris movie, Invasion USA, and there was a nice red FB about 3/4 through when the terrorists put the bomb on the side of the school bus and Chuck races out to take it off, in his truck, and stick it on the bad guys car. You actually see the FB on and off for a little bit, kinda cool.
