I'm rather liking the chrome-trim approach. Makes the car look earlier than it was - - more like the earlier 240Z period rather than 79/80.
You should consider getting the hatch hinges and lock plate chromed - - it would add to the awesome.
Chroming the bumpers would cost veery serious jack, but would really increase the time-warp factor.

i'll definitely look at getting the hinges and the plate done, but i think the bumper might be a bit much. either way, i hope my car one day looks half as good as yours
hey there. when i bought the car, it came with them. i think the previous owner just had them chromed, as i have a pair of green ones that he painted in a box somewhere.
