The headliner is done now too, it's just a matter of gluing and molding. I also covered all the pillar trim in the same grey suede, the dash is done...

Should hopefully have the interior back in this weekend. I just have to do the kickpanel speakers and the subwoofer enclosure.

Oh, one other word of advice. The top and bottom black pieces should be made larger than the ones Mazda made when you do your pattern. That way, you can pad them to your liking and trim them down as you see fit. Because Lynn copied their pieces exactly, we didn't have as much wiggle room as I would have liked.

These threads are great!

Something to keep in mind...it's a good idea not to pull any vynil and synthetic fiber too tight across your panels, especially if you live in hot climates. Over time, most synthetics tighten up with heat. The last door panels I did split and cracked after 3 months of summer heat because I pulled the vynil across really tight.
