11.83@118 with MS2

I got my car running decent enough i went to the drags tonight, my best was 11.83@118 1.82 60ft, no burn out or launch control.
its still a bit rich, its 10.4-10.5:1 from 5-5800 then stays around 10.9-11:1 AFR till redline. i use to run 11.6-11.8 before through the rpms, so theres still some more power to be made. im still happy with it my best before was 11.86 lol

my set up because i know someone will ask lol.
S5 TII engine with pineapple med SP and ep2a
S5 hybrid turbo
os giken twin disk
oldschool greddy fmic
2 x 550cc prim 4 x 550cc secon 6 total
MS2 with zeal daughterboard

heres a video of a couple runs my dad took. horrible taping lol ...but he tries
the first was my first run, 12.25 and no clue what the other one was

Thats bloody excellent driving and car setup. You have gotta be putting down an honest 360rwhp to do that in a 3300lb?? FC

Certainly the fastest street driven megasquirt rotary I've heard of. I'm pretty confident you are making around 30 HP more than my 12A.

What boost are you running? What compressor wheel? turbine clipping or p trim in there? what exhaust size and mufflers? Any catalytic?

Also what is ignition setup? what plugs and coils?

I forgot to add in my other post, Im running 3mm RA super seals!

i think the car with me weighs around 2800lbs.
i run 16-17psi, I think its a to4b clipped to fit in the S5 housing, its oil cooled only, ive never took the exhaust housing off. the turbo came on the engine when I got it from a jdm engine dealer
it has an adjustable WG actuator which helps alot, thats all i use for boost control.
my 3" turbo back i have a glass pack as a resonator to fart can
stock fc plugs and coils havent had any issues yet....knock on wood

the ECU had a toms racing sticker on it hahaha

Very nice! You may have mentioned this before, but what tires are you running?

And crap, because I was about 50/50 on driving to Sparta last night but instead, decided to actually get some rest for the first time this week and stayed home.

worn bf goodridge drag radials on steelies 225-45-r17 not the best size but they hook up decent. i run them at like 19psi
they're no burnout required.
people drag the water all up the burnout pad, everytime i try one my car ends up spinning like hell off the line

Yep. Got it installed mid-May and have been driving the car ever since. I just have not had time to get around to going to Sparta with all the other stuff I've had to do lately.

sparta is doin track renovations finally!!! They got a pavement reconditioning machine, it heats the pavement up to bring it back to its original state, then they can re-roll it smooth. the 1/8th mile is mint now they got they're nhra sanctioning back for the 1/8th. they're gonna start working on the run off then the last 1/8th mile.

That's pretty nasty for a random bolt-on turbo

That makes me reconsider my turbo options. The only thing I'm afraid of is choking in the top end with the HBP.

I shaved .02 off my best

I have a shitty video of a 11.86 I ran right off the street, i taped the camera to my seat in a hurry and it moved so the angle sucks, my g/f was using my camera so it was on the up close setting. then my battery died hahahaha

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iSiQHeeH_5c

The best part is I took my car for 170 mile trip down a 50mph single lane hwy and some city and was getting 23/24 mpg

I did 118.72mph trap speed in my first gen with similar equipment.

Crossing the line at 6500rpm in 4th with no grip and not even my best mph to the half track (92mph, pb is 94.5mph).

They had scraped the track to get all the old rubber off so I was hooking up good, ended up snapping an axle shaft later that night hahaha
got 11.42@122

This run was AWESOME! I was racing an older guy in a muscle car with slicks so he had me 3/4 of the way down. I passed him right at the end... BUT he looked over and I was waving at him as zoomed by hahaha he came and shook my hand after

Thats a very interesting time slip. If you look at the break down of it it seems the only reason he was ahead in the first palce was the 60ft. You can break down the numbers and see you reeled him in.

all you have to do its to its to manage a better 60 foot 1.5 or even a 1.4 and you could run a high 10s and by the way great job.

I'm still coming for you haha.

11.828@124.30mph

My setup still has another 4-6mph in it and I'm confident it can do a 10 also.
