"Best" Ohlins spring rates?

i was going to post some numbers from our old race Integra, it seems like a good example of the difference between weight distribution, spring rate, and wheel rate.
the maths are owning me, but it was like, 2300lbs, 62/38 weight distribution. we ran 750/950 springs (plus a sway bar the size of your arm), and with the 1.5/1.35 (.75/.8ish) motion ratios its something like 350/450 wheel rate.
the natural frequency is something like 2/4 (it wasn't street friendly), notice that the FC runs 450/350 (8/6k), and with a 50/50 weight distribution has a natural frequency of like 2/2.5.

car still holds the TTE lap record at Thunderhill, so it wasn't slow.

Yeah, FWD had a solid showing in the 2016 World Time Attack Challenge in Australia.
In Pro Am a CRX took 2nd fastest lap only 0.167 behind the Pro Am winning Evo 9 and 5.847 seconds faster than the Pro Am 4th place FD RX-7.
Faster than Nobuteru Taniguchi (4th) in the fastest Pro class (Sutton Bros S15).
In ClubSprint class it was a Civic that took #1 spot.
And FWD cars were only 10 out of 86 entries.
FWD can do a fast lap.
FWD has problems with front tire management as the laps add up.
