My JC Cosmo buildup

Hello Guys!!

Cosmo Owner from Norway here!

I have a 1990 model JC Cosmo WIN JCESE-100914
For about three years I have driven it original, but this winter I have rebuilt the engine and transmission.

The Engine has been streetported and have FD exhaustsleeves. I have used Hurley 2 piece apexes and the engine has been fully balanced. It was 40 grams wrong!!!!!

I have a Greddy T88-34D turbo and are planning to the stock ECU (RE-Amemeya modified) and Greddy E-manage piggyback.

I have 1600cc injectors, extreme fuesystem, SX pressure regulator and a fuel filter.

The IC and radiator is made by Plazaman in Sidney. Polished. Both as big as it can get. (IC is 6" thick)

Brakes are Willwood superlite and 330mm discs made by Pac Performance in Sidney.

The seats are Rx-7 FD.

Yokohama tires 285-30/18 on 10" back and 245-35/18 on 8,5" in front. Wheels are from Artec.

Tein Coilovers and strut tower bars from Cosmo Owners Club in Japan.

1 oilcooler to the transmission and 2 for the engine. Everything with XRP connections.

Ferrita Exhaust system. lifetime warranty. 4" downpipe...down to 3" under the car and twin 2,5" to the rear end.

Stereosystem is a mix of everything.

In about a week I will attemt to start and make it ready for a big autoshow in the neigbour country, Sweden.
Wish me luck!! I think I will need it:-)

The engine should produce about 600 hp@1,0 bar (based on the flow figures)

I have rebuilt the autotranny and strengthend it. A company here in Norway called RATS has done the job.
