Question Bird chirp noise and buck on decel @ 2500 RPM's

I think I noticed this before, sometime after installing my M2 intake, but yesterday it seemed more pronounced. While decelerating in gear, when the engine passes through 2500 RPM's there is a little bird chirp noise and a very slight bucking sensation. Any ideas what is causign it? TIA.

The chirping noise usually come from belts that are not tensioned properly. The vibration could be an aging clutch.

I don't think that's it. The clutch is practicaly brand new, and this chirp noise and buck only happens for a split second the moment I pass through 2500 RPM's. It sounds like the CRV or BOV venting something and when it does it causes a slight hesitation type feeling. It only happens for that one moment and then immediately smooths out.

I get a bird chirp type sound sometimes too. I have never figured out what it is.

Could be a parakeet or a robin.
Anyway, it may be the air pump clicking on or off and creating a momentary tension on the belt.

I have heard a chirp sound on occasion come from the passenger side W/ the AC on. It happens nearing a stop.

I tried to post this earlier, but it didn't go through... there's a good chance it's the air pump (if you still have one on the car).

can you reproduce it in your driveway with the hood up, or does it only happen under load?
