Unhappy seconadary turbo broke!!

I started my FD up last week after being stood for about 2 weeks, it sounded as though it was running on just one rotor (was shaking quite a bit), I’m used to rough starts so I gave it a few revs there was a crack bit of black smoke and it ran smooth. Let it warm up and turned it off again.

The next week I took it out, gently increased the throttle and when it hit 4500 revs there was a loud crack, and it wouldn’t rev past 4500 revs (its an automatic so think the electronics are stopping it rev any higher), in neutral it revs up but the turbo is none existent, jus makes a small click sound as if the electronics are trying to start it but no response, the first turbo seems to work fine.

My FD is currently sat on the drive waiting for me to sort the brakes out for its MOT, it gets started every other week and a little run out every month. The whole engine was running very smooth before this, the turbos kicked in fine. It’s not been anywhere so I don’t know what’s happened, never had a car with a turbo in before so don’t know what to do, would just taking it out be the best option and go from there, maybe a replacement??
