I was gonna adjust my tps last night and i got the top screw off and when i got to the bottom one i noticed it was stripped and i didn't wanna make it worse....

So now how would i go about gettin that screw out :S is there a way to take that whole piece off so i can access it alot eaiser (so its facing upwards screws towards me??) cause then i could apply pressure to get screw off without further stripping.... help plz :/

Use some penetrating oil, grab the screw with Vice Grips, and twist it out.

 

You can take the Throttle body off or the UIM. Just be careful not to bend any of the throttle linkage.
