How am I not surprised....when you need the cops, they are no where to be found, when you don't need them they are sticking their noses where they shouldn't be...good job it was for charity..........

That was a HUGE dick move! The OPP of this province need to take thier heads out of their asses and start to actually help improve the province, rather than keep giving it a bad name like they are now. They might as well start cutting the straps on little kids bike helemts, pushing them off their bike, and then give them a ticket for not wearing a helmet!

Did they expect to be able to trust the police? The mini club got burned bad... If they ever set up another cruise I'm pretty sure they won't make that same mistake again.

next time don't inform the police..... it isn't illegal to drive in a convoy.

I guess they were expecting some sort of escort.

I guess what they should have done was drive the speed limit and take up all of the lanes on the highway.

Perhaps tell them you are having a cruise in area A, but go in a different direction

Then you get a mother ****ing 'impeding traffic' ticket. I use to work at an upscale restaurant, and one of our regulars was explaining to us, how this cop pulled him over for doing 115 km/h in his (at the time) brand new 360 Modena. In his rage, he called up a few of his buddies, and they set their cruise at 100, and slowed down the 403/QEW down. Three cops pulled them over within 15 minutes (when they passed hurontario).
